Okay First my build and then ill explain my logic

Most people would look at my build and laugh and say you 6 slotted that! What!

But you cant argue with what works.

This build focuses on Recharge, Accuracy and Damage Resistance.

It is not built for a coast to 50, it is to dominate level 40+.

Although this build shouldnt have much trouble if teaming through your toons journey to 50.

With this build my accuracy for all powers is about 95% against level 52 mobs.
